Spectacular Spider-Man: Series 1 - Spider-Man With Wall Hanging Web is equipped with a white rubber web anchored to four large suction cups. This version of Spider-man is presented in the stylized animated aesthetic of the new Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon. Spider-Man is clad in his classic blue and red costume. Spider-Man generates his Wall Hanging Web to ambush garden variety criminals, and to provide an edge against more substantial villains such as Doc Ock and Venom.

Durable. Very flexible. Great for my 2 year old who plays with it for a while and then throws it across the room.

got this when my son was 2 and 1/2.. (a few months ago) he plays with it some, it is pretty good quality (although the head pops off 2 easily and he keeps takin it off).. anyway,
im not giving it a great review cause the figure is tall and skinny and kinda creepy (in my opinion) and the ‘webbing’ doesnt stay stuck to anything, and it is NOT at all worth the price + shipping .. i might pay 15 for this toy tops ~~ hope this helps 
5 Stars Two boys’ review: Spectacular action figure for young kids!
The WB released a new, more kid-friendly Spider-Man cartoon, titled, “The Spectacular Spider-Man.” This action figure is nicely detailed, highly posable and comes with a wall-hanging web that can also be used to ‘capture’ Doc Octopus or Venom!
We’ve had our action figures for a couple months now and they are holding up against constant play by our 5-year old and 4-year old. I’m really impressed with the vivid colors and the multiple points of articulation.
